UK Feed-in Tariff (FIT): Tariff Table 1 April 2018

Yesterday (31st January 2020) Ofgem published the updated Feed in Tariff scheme rates and associated deemed export rates which will both be effective from 1 April 2020 for all appropriate technologies.

Tariffs have been adjusted in line with an applicable RPI of 2.2%.

The FiT Scheme

The FIT (Feed in Tariff) scheme is a UK Government programme designed to promote the uptake of small-scale renewable and low-carbon electricity generation technologies.

Tariff Review Schedule

The scheme is overseen by Ofgem, who review, adjust and publish a range of tariffs applicable to existing installations annually (in April) in line with the RPI movement relative to the previous year.

Technologies

Participating licensed electricity suppliers are responsible for general scheme administration related to collection, validation & collation of registered installation data and making appropriate scheme payments on a quarterly basis.

Current & Historical Tariff Rates
